Arbitration. Paula serves on the national commercial and consumer panels of the American Arbitration Association and is a public panel member for FINRA Dispute Resolution. She has been appointed arbitrator in over 40 commercial, consumer, employment, and securities/ financial services matters since 2020 and is experienced as a panel chair as well as a sole and a wing arbitrator.
Representative arbitration assignments have included complex commercial contract cases (breach of asset sale agreement, commercial loan agreement, factoring agreement product development contract, and retail/consumer warranties); business and consumer torts (data privacy violations, unfair and deceptive trade practices, consumer credit violations, and securities fraud); and employment-related disputes (statutory discrimination and wrongful termination).
Mediation. After completing 40-hour intensive mediator training, satisfying the requirements of G.L. c. 233, §23C, and additional court-annexed conciliation training, Paula offers mediation services in business, commercial, employment, and consumer cases. She also provides court-annexed mediation and conciliation services in the Massachusetts Trial Court.
Representative Industries. Paula has provided ADR services in a variety of industries, including technology, real estate brokerage, securities brokerage, cryptocurrency, residential construction, residential and commercial leasing, and financial services.
