Paula Bagger is a Boston-based business and general civil litigator with significant experience helping clients resolve a broad range of commercial and business disputes.  She has tried, arbitrated, and settled business cases of many different types, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, unfair and deceptive business practices, and shareholder and partner disputes.  She has handled numerous cases arising in the financial services industry and has substantial experience litigating “business divorces” and  professional malpractice, real estate and land use, and copyright, trademark, and trade secret claims.  In addition to client advocacy, Paula serves as a neutral arbitrator, on the national commercial and consumer panels of the American Arbitration Association and as a public arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

After practicing for many years at a national law firm and a litigation boutique, Paula opened her own law office in 2017.  She is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Paula has a track record of providing skilled, cost-effective representation to individuals, partnerships, and corporations engaged in business, employment, and real estate disputes.  It is her goal to provide a high level of personal services to her clients through a combination of effective communication, realistic case assessment, and creative approaches to dispute resolution.
